This programme aims at providing knowledge and skills
for quality production of meat and meat products,
developing human resource for the meat industry and at
training personnel for self-employment.
The programme is of a one-year duration, and comprises
the following eight courses with a total of 32 credits:
BPVI-021 Fundamentals of Meat Science
BPVI-022 Meat Animals and Abattoir Practices
BPVI-023 Fresh Meat Technology
BPVI-024 Processed Meat Technology
BPVI-025 Meat Packaging and Quality Assurance
BPVI-026 Poultry Products Technology
BPVI-027 Utilisation of Animal By-products
BPVI-028 Marketing and Entrepreneurship

i) 10+2 Senior secondary pass outs
